Reforce is one of the world’s first RaaS companies (Results as a Service). Google was one of the first companies in SaaS (Software as a Service) with a new type of service and operational agreements. In addition to the delivery of functions, RaaS also means that the agreement contains the customer’s behavioural change, increased sales and profit. Reforce guarantees at least +30% improvement in the areas for which we are contracted.
Reforce was started in 2004 in Boston and Stockholm. By working in a similar manner, the method, services, tools and product were developed together with CEOs, managers and employees. Since 2012, the company has invested more than SEK 52 million in the product ReExecute, which was completed at the end of 2014. The proportion of RaaS agreements has increased dramatically and in 2016 represents more than 92% of the turnover of the company.

Reforce offers accelerated strategy and business execution. Reforce is the first in the world with proprietary software that both increases and influences strategy acceleration and brings together the strategic improvement to contemporary acceleration KPIs and operational changes in behaviour. The application ReExecute is cloud-based and is also available as a mobile app.
How we differentiate ourselves
Reforce challenges to be able to provide at least 30% acceleration in a measurable way. In addition, there is a challenge for all consulting, training and software companies that receive payment for what they deliver instead of the results achieved with the customer. Reforce takes over where management consultants finish and acts as the “acceleration partner”. The customer hires Reforce acceleration services to increase and advance turnover and profit by at least 30%.

We like results
We call our trainers, consultants and coaches Business Strategists. A Business Strategist ensures that the results and behavioural changes actually take place and become permanent. Normally, approx. 20% of the individuals change, while Reforce can agree on over 80% individual change. The difference as to why we succeed better with our customers depends on the combination of the application ReExecute and our Business Strategists.
We roll up our sleeves and show HOW (tools, services and training) in practical situations. We take responsibility for what is to be achieved with the customer’s organisation, and we make it happen in time.
Long term partnership based on mutually set targets
Increasing the rate of implementation and change is the main element of competition in an economy where the rest of the world is changing faster and faster. Reforce has developed its business model based on this – and works via fixed pricing as long as the agreed KPIs and profit/turnover are above the mutually set target.
Reforce comprises employees who are recruited according to an unconventional model, a combination of contractors, top students and previous managers. Everyone goes through a number of tests before employment and are subsequently trained in the acceleration process that we offer our customers.
