Everyone at Reforce receives unique hands-on training in how to build successful growth companies. Many people no doubt dream about being able to position a company effectively, and being practically involved and ensuring that both the client and the client's employees work in accordance with the new strategy and ways of working that have been decided. But how do you make this work in practice as a well-oiled machine with a hit rate of 87%?
You can choose to learn graphs and boxes with others, or join Reforce and learn about growth hands-on. We mix methodology with coaching and you will get to work closely with well-known entrepreneurs who have numerous success stories behind them.
Entrepreneurial spirit
We are fun, entrepreneurial and already have a stimulating environment in which to work - in terms of both our office premises and human factors. We want to enjoy work while we at the same time develop ourselves and build a very successful multinational corporation. Today we have 20 employees in Stockholm and five in Boston. Before 2013, our aim is to be at least five times bigger with offices in at least five countries.
If you're smart, you'll want to earn more than others but at the same time maintain a rich working and private life - it's precisely this combination that we aim to create. To succeed in this, you must be results-oriented and committed to keep improving the deliveries of the steps we contract with the client.
Career paths
- You can choose from the following starting points:
- Subcontracted consultant through your own company.
- Entrepreneur or President/Vice President/Sales Director/Marketing Manager who has already been successful in building companies or divisions. Receives a share in business that you yourself bring in or participate in. No guarantees of remuneration. (Partner or Senior partner)
- Employee who receives a fixed salary/remuneration plus commission.
- Salesperson or business consultant (Client Partner)
- Responsible for implementation, that is, the person who designs a new market position or manages a client group through the implementation of the new position; or the person who works with investments, acquisitions, or recruitment.
- Subcontracted consultant through your own company.
- After an initial period, you receive a share of the project profits allocations fund.
- After a period during which you have achieved your goals, you receive a share in our fund for investments and "earn-out" profits.
- After having established yourself as a force who contributes significantly to our enterprise, you gain the right to purchase discounted stock in the relevant subsidiary.
- After an additional period of time, you gain the right to purchase stock in the parent company.
- For uniquely competent individuals, we offer the opportunity to start a subsidiary, or start Reforce in another country/region.
Please note that the steps in the career paths outlined above generally occur in the order they are presented; however, the individual needs to prove themselves for a provisional period of time before reaching the next step.
