Metodik
What is unique about Reforce's methodology is its' simplicity and that it is based on many years of experience from entrepreneurs who have successfully started and built up multinational growth machines and later sold them. The more experience you have of the same processes, the more you can simplify the methodology, and the simpler and faster it is to teach this methodology to our own employees and our clients' employees.
The Reforce methodology has a value in itself, but what is even more unique and valuable is that we who have created it are involved hands-on. We show the way through selling, project managing, and delivering to our client's real life accounts/customers. In addition, we transfer our methodology and knowledge through coaching and training.
Generating success, self-esteem and value
Our methodology involves breaking down current processes into a number of steps, and subsequently minimizing these steps to the number that each individual must conquer in order for the targeted improvements to becoming a reality. In most groups and organizations, the Pareto principle (80/20) often applies. This states that around 20% are able to manage the entire process and are highly successful, whereas 80% experience difficulties with one or more of the steps in the process. We've managed to reverse this principle and instead create what we like to call a 'well-oiled machine', where over 80% of employees are able to manage the entire process which they have been employed to do. This not only increases self-esteem and self-worth for the individual, but it also increases sales, profits and value overall for the company.
Results-based remuneration
Reforce is not a consultancy company, and therefore does not charge by the hour, but rather by what we deliver. Reforce operates under a fixed price agreement involving a number of process steps clients are charged based on what the client's organization achieves. Invoices are sent only after the client's group has achieved each agreed step and improvement. In other words, we must achieve tangible results in our client's organization in order to be paid ourselves. This means that both the client's organization and the Reforce team are working towards the same goal; namely succeeding in practical terms in the shortest possible time and at the lowest possible risk.
