Chairman, CEO, and Founder Ulf Arnetz shares his experiences as a serial entrepreneur in Chefssnack pod

Ulf Arnetz, the Chairman, CEO, and Founder of Howwe Technologies, recently appeared on the Chefssnack pod hosted by Svante Randlert. Ulf shared his experiences as a serial entrepreneur, offering valuable insights for aspiring business leaders.

Ulf graduated with a master’s degree in industrial economics from KTH in 1984 before joining Bull Northern Europe as Sales VP until 1988. He then founded the IOS group, which he later sold for over one hundred million Swedish crowns after six years. Ulf’s entrepreneurial journey continued as he became CEO of the European market at Cambridge Technology Partners in 1994. He later moved to Boston and founded Corechange, which was eventually sold to Nasdaq-listed Opentext. Since 2004, Ulf has been running the software company Reforce International, now named Howwe Technologies.

Apart from being an accomplished entrepreneur, Ulf is also the author of several books, including “Strategic IT,” “Tornado – a positive force in working life,” and “Strategy acceleration – faster, measurable, more fun.” He has been the owner and Chairman of the company Springlife since 2005.

Ulf’s accomplishments in business have not gone unnoticed, as he was named Leader of the Future in 1994 and his company Corechange won the Deloitte Fast500 award as one of the world’s 500 fastest growing companies.

The Chefssnack pod is a popular podcast that aims to inspire managers with practical tips on how to become better leaders. Hosted by Svante Randlert, the podcast features conversations with some of the country’s sharpest managers. With years of experience helping organizations and managers become top choices for employees and customers, Svante has published books such as “Drömarbetsgivaren” (2017) and “The Dream Employer” (2018).
